Powers of Entry Code of Practice issued today

Last week we reported that the ‘Powers of Entry Code' will come into force in 2015.

The Code of Practice document has been issued today (the previously issued document was a draft Code only) and can be found here: 'Code of Practice - Powers of Entry'.

Although the actual date of implementation is still awaited, the Government website confirms that "Subject to the approval of Parliament, the code is expected to come into force in April 2015".
